The next-level cost at level 150 buys level 151; the cumulative cost at level 150 is the total spent to reach 150 from level 1. These are not interchangeable.

At level 713 all eight attributes can reach 99; there is no level 714. Select a milestone above to load a level 1 → target range into the calculator without creating separate indexable URLs. The formula is community-documented, not a claimed independent screenshot of the current game client. For a character that starts above level 1, enter your actual starting/current level in the calculator so you do not overcount runes.
The cost from level L to L+1 is based on the documented rune-cost expression, with integer rounding. Runes for a level interval are the sum of its individual steps. It does not include rune loss from death or temporary rune-gain buffs. If you enter runes per farming run, the run estimate uses the shortfall after your current budget and rounds up to a whole run. It does not predict actual farming speed.

The tool applies a level cost function for each level-up and sums each step. Costs for buying items, upgrades and dropped rune recovery are not included.

Level 713 is the maximum character level when all eight attributes are 99. You cannot advance to 714.
Rune cost is based on current level, rather than starting class. Class choice affects your starting level and attribute minimums.
The calculator adds the cost of each level-up, not just the cost shown beside level 20. Under the documented rune formula, level 10 → 11 costs 829 runes, while level 10 → 20 costs 16,005 runes in total. Starting from level 10 with exactly 16,005 runes is enough for ten upgrades to level 20, before any other spending.
If a farming route gives you a user-supplied hypothetical 3,500 runes per run and you start with zero, the shortfall requires 5 whole runs (rounding 16,005 ÷ 3,500 upward). The tool does not promise a specific farming route's real yield or time. Use the Build Planner to determine which character level your chosen eight-stat distribution needs.
This level calculator adds the runes spent increasing your character level. It does not count Smithing Stones or the separate rune fees charged for weapon reinforcement. If you are planning weapon upgrades, use the Smithing Stone Calculator for a grade-by-grade material checklist and to subtract stones you already own. Neither tool claims to estimate the other task’s costs.
