Elden Ring spells and incantations: reference and FP budget
Compare seven sourced sorcery reference coefficients, Intelligence requirements and FP costs, then calculate a manual FP budget. Incantations are explained separately; a full incantation catalog is not claimed.
7 sourced sorcery examples · Manual FP budgetSorcery FP costs and reference attack coefficients
These are seven source-attributed v1.17 sorcery examples; a base magic coefficient is not real damage and FP cost alone does not tell you a spell is best. Spell buffs, catalyst scaling, enemy defense, charge and patch can change outcomes.
Enter a total FP budget to see casts before recovering FP.

What about incantations, Sacred Seals and sorcery scaling?
Incantations are primarily associated with Faith, while sorceries primarily use Intelligence, according to the publisher’s eight-stat guide. They are not interchangeable spell families and must not be lumped into one fabricated calculator.
Compare two manually entered Sacred Seal Incant Scaling readings with the Seal Calculator. For narrowly tested staff and Glintstone Pebble cases, visit Spell Calculator. No full incantation item database or invented spell-damage formula is represented here.
